download/install cc: generals and zero hour expansion under an admin account.

my nephew and brother-in-law had problems running the game under windows 7 sp1 but had no problem running it under windows xp sp3.
what i did was reinstall the game in windows 7 and then copy and paste the above info and save it as game.ini under command and conquer game folder in the user's documents folder.
repeat procedure for zero hour expansion.

btw, my brother-in-law does not have origin. i used normal cd installer under a windows 7 admin account.
