and if you want some elaboration, it is quite easy to set up a simple at-home exercise regimen than require little equipment and take little time to go through on a regular basis.
just some push-ups and sit-ups alone go a long way for instance, and adding some extra exercises to that doesnt take much.
i dont begrudge anyone who would buy a Switch just for Rig Fit, if it gets you motivated then that is completely fine.
