Need serious help to reduce waistline.
I just bought 2 new t-shirts and I realized that BOTH shows my belly. OMFG I'm freaking out now!

Need help to reduce waistline QUICKLY.

I'm thinking of eating a full lunch and then fruits and yoghurt in the evening.

try half lunch
Slimming world used to be good seen good results from people.

Alternatively or while doing it do HIT - High intense Workouts.

Look them up and see which suits you.

Fasting is the only way I've ever lost weight. It's miserable.

Pray to god and follow the rules of fast but there is no secret weight loss and not all diets and methods work and dont go with main stream ones fast weight loss is not good becuse you quickly will regain said weight. And watch for sugar but you are american so that might be hard for alot of your stuff is full of added sugars but try this will also increase mental well being to a degree

No. There are now drugs that slow down the digestion of food. The stomach is constantly full, appetite decreases. People lose weight quickly.

But this is in emergency cases, usually a moderate diet and physical exercise are enough.
There's no "quick" way to loose weight


Diet and exercise daily, but ensure a balanced diet.

As everyone said, you don’t lose weight overnight. It will take time and effort.

For people wondering how I run so much, it’s called Netflix. I set a show on Netflix and watch whilst jog or power-walk on the treadmill.
Calories in < Calories out

Exercise vigorously for at least 60 minutes every other day while maintaining an elevated heart rate.

You will lose weight.
Oh!! As for what you drink cut out any sugary drinks. For me all I drink is lemon water. If you haven’t tried cucumber water then I recommend that too.
