China does know how to throw military parades, I am not sure they will get as many additional hardware sales from this even however, since Russia has already spent enough in it's current conflict.

People in Australia were as an ex Australian premier (state) attended. I thought it was a wise move as we have trade alliances with China and shouldn't burn bridges. It seemed like a foreign business affairs move.
