hm I would say it depends cause I think everyone's even just a little bit harsh on themselves like the saying we are our biggest critics but if you can find absolutely nothing positive about yourself you're better off seeing what you can do to fix that rather than making it very obvious and like a running gag cause you'll either just repel most people or you will find someone who will pick up on your insecurities and use that to take advantage of you uwu
