Don't see a difference, lol.
No one wants to join the police (low manning issues increase)
No one wants to fund the police (insufficient pay issues increase)
Everybody just wants to complain on the internet and point fingers at somebody else (fixes nothing)
Training does nothing when there is no one to train.
Some years ago police forces simply didn't record all crime - they got away with shutting down incidents.
Infamously Greater Manchester Police failed to record 80,000 crimes in one year and was only caught out by a surprise government audit.
Nothing.
Transport Police in the UK are one of the better forces for crime reporting as they have a text service, I don't think any other police force operates one.
In the 1990s, we were delightful lot.
Just because of us having a laugh at their expense conductors were escorted by the transport police.
Some people have no sense of humour.
Who's doing the thing -- the 'nazis', the 'manfluencers', or the people who shouldn't have been allowed in?
Male subcultures are dangerous.
How can they be tackled though?
