They are striking at a terrorist organization.
A terrorist organization that is in direct rebellion against the country they are located in and that has been throwing rockets not just at Israel but at every ship passing nearby, which is what prompted the EU and USA to start their own missions to protect trade and strike at the Houthis.
A terrorist organization that has not thrown a rock or two at Israel but countless rockets, specifically targeted at civilian areas.
