He said they MAY cut rates later this year, not that they will or when they will. We still got another month of nothing before rate cuts MIGHT happen, but they might also happen in October or December.
But you also shouldn't just fomo in on a rally that is obviously unsustainable. Like a cheetah, you must be patient and then quickly strike when the time comes.
