But in the sense of the planet Earth, ending, it would be when the sun inevitably explodes eons away
Humanity? Barring some incredibly unlikely chain of disasters in the next 200 or so years, I think we're going to continue existing in one form or another until we decide not to.
The Earth? As a life-bearing planet, it's gonna start going downhill in 100 million years or so. Surface weathering is going to disrupt photosynthesis and kill off most complex life by 500 million years. Of course, if humanity or some other intelligence still around, we'll be able to reverse it.
The universe? Probably through heat death. There's not much to say there; as far as we know, that one is irreversible, but we *might* be able to create another universe.
Or someone will create mirror life.
