I kind of have to withhold judgement on this one, mostly just because we can not see what happened inside of the restaurant which lead up to their arrest. Who is in the right in this situation is largely pendant on if the girls were violating any laws or not. Invoking authority against an undue arrest is one thing, but invoking authority for special treatment above and beyond what an ordinary citizen gets is another. Maybe if the restaurateur comes up with a statement we can make an assertion.

Lincoln never should have kicked Butler out of New Orleans.
Shes probably not lying. Its not hard for a hot blonde to get in with the guy ranked above you.

She isn't. Well not exactly. I saw an extended clip of this earlier in Swillfly's other thread. She's an assistant attorney general.[www.usatoday.com] It is kind of a corrupt move of her to threaten the guy's job if he's doing it properly though.

Police just doing their job.

Restaurant owner was asked if he wanted them trespassed and he said yes. They refused and ended up cuffed but not without threats, resisting, and shrill squawking - especially Special Assistant Attorney General Devon Hogan Flanagan's belligerent & shrill friend Veronica Hannan.

Rhode Island AG Neronha said intoxication was involved and there will be consequences.

Get ready for Hollywood interviews, book deals, etc.

Looks like the only silly little girl is the OP then. Considering her education and the cops lack of, pretty sure shes going to be right. I actually never seen a cop walk away from pushing a DA around before.

I am not so sure about that. The actual R.I. Attorney General Peter Neronha, which is to say her boss, actually seems quite upset with her in the U.S.A. Today article I previously provided. She may be an erudite woman, but she is also probably a drunk who was trespassed from the restaurant, so she might not be making her soundest and most level headed decisions, and Mr. Neronha also claims she misunderstood the state's Bodycam protocol.

The Chief of Police clarified that while cops may turn off bodycam footage at the request of a witness or a victim, they are not allowed do so at the request of a suspect. That makes sense to me. You do not want suspects asking for bodycam footage to be turned off and bribing the cop to be let off of the hook. Her being in error about the law regarding the bodycam footage brings her competency as an attorney into question.

She is incorrect. And both of them are being a nuisance.
Rule one in life... never wind up a policeman unless you are absolutely sure you are right.

Hair color is irrelevant tho. Also as per rule of thumb some cops in the usa shoot or act first, then actually ask questions. :lunar2020thinkingtiger:
