Im addicted to sugar
I dont know what i do, i try to drop the sugar levels entirely for a whole day and only get sugar from fruits, its kinda hard, and then if i go a few days without consuming my daily dose of COOKIES and so on i..uh...cookies...COOKIES!!! Anyways my head hurts so bad like i get really painful headaches from time to time randomly and they only last for a couple of seconds but i almost pass out from the pain, it feels like my brain its eating itself i dont know how to explain...COOKIES COOKIES COOKIES:elf_anna:

Sounds less like a sugar addiction. More like you’ve got a tiny Keebler elf swinging.

I can't believe sugar is not a controlled substance.

One thing I've learned from a year of eating clean:
Sugar tastes amazing.

Instantly make your meal and your day better.
Never take sugar for granted.
A few bites of chocolate promote endorphin production and can lessen pain.

It's time to cut the carbohydrates and eat meat like you're supposed to. Yes you'll incur a nasty withdrawal, mainly due to the fructose, but that's what you need to do. Some people call this "keto," but it's actually carnivore. A low carb diet = meat = carnivore.

i was eating some chips deluxe keebler cookies and i'll be damned if the bag didn't smell exactly like an old pair of new balances.

something to think about.....

fillings dont last forever and every time a filling falls out or needs replacement
they have to drill more tooth away until there is no more tooth...


silly me didnt know that... i thought every time you get a filling that means
one less spot decay can grow..... mmm more pepsi

Bummer man..

Fructose in fruits is some of the worst type of sugars - some are processed by the gut differently and they're super bad. Maybe stuff like dried fruits, fibre are okay. But these, along with refined sugars in cookies are really bad - maybe the worst drug on this planet - and are high on the glycemic index..

Anyway to replace cookies with some nice buttery (good for the brain) protein pan-cakes or anything? Instead of adding sugar? If you like fruits, you could always blend some All-bran with dried fruits or raisins + nuts, seeds, walnuts etc are great for the brain, and that way it's a healthier form of carbs / sugars. Probiotic bread and buns like sough-dough are okay.

What kind of cookies are you munching on? I dig those big Cookie Times and, I love, but never really eat, those cookies from the bakery with white chocolate and macadamia nuts.

Reduce the intake, you need ENOUGH. 10 to 15 MG in watered down teas and other beverages would be plenty. You need ENOUGH! That's why people put a slice of lemon, lime or orange in their tea or coffee, to get ENOUGH sugar.
