Um, fam, dolphins are known to "puff puff pass" puffer fishes.

Puffer fish toxin gets them high.

No contest. A dolphin can use sonar waves to stun and confuse the frog, apply a fatal bite, send the frog flying with a tail slap, or easily escape from the frog if things take a turn for the worse - dolphins can swim 100 meters per second.
