Which is the most toxic platform on the internet? (NSFW AI chat platforms, Reddit, Tiktok, Instragram, etc)
Which platform do you believe is the most toxic out there? I'll go with Reddit...Definitely Reddit for me. I avoid social media in general, and I focus on myself with RP games like Baldur's Gate 3, NSFW AI bots like these ones: https://crushon.ai, maybe even reading something like an action book. But social media? I feel like everytime I scroll around, I see toxicity.

Definitely twitter, awful place dat is, I’m jus glad I never used it. :PugLevi:
Honestly maybe even here in Off Topic lmao

Especially in the political threads, if you don't agree with one side then you get blasted by the other

I would say 4chan but eh, I've had a lot of really good genuine conversations there before. If you hang around places like /v/ then it really isn't that bad imo

Just what people are used to, besides, X just sounds stupid. What does that even mean? X? It's a letter not a name. You would think someone who finances space travel would have more imagination.

Dunno, this is the only non-game specific forum board I visit.

Usually the forums for specific games are a lot tamer outside people being elitist for X fangame or Y fan port (the DOOM boards are especially bad about this), but for the most part they're pretty good when it comes to getting help for a game.

But in terms of every website either, yeah probably. Twitter can be kind of bad with the dog piling and right wing extremism, but those aren't too hard to ignore depending on who you surround yourself with.
Never had a problem with reddit. Stick to smaller subreddits or reddits for specific games and you'll be just fine.
