Deal with it.
Has? oh right, no more freedoms for Americans.
Is that what you know the police did, or what someone told you happened?
The most fascist today are the ones accusing others of being fascist.
Being concerned for children's safety because illegals are assaulting them isn't far right.
It's common sense. Take a step out of your echo chamber. You need a harsh reality check.
Right but the way you framed it made it sound like the police saw someone protesting against genocide, and arrested them because of it. What's more likely is that she was disturbing the peace, saying something hateful or obstructing the police and eventually they decided to get rid of her to make the situation easier to manage. I'm not saying the police here are perfect but I have faith that they are politically neutral and that they wouldn't harass vulnerable people for their political beliefs.
The real villains are the journalists who were probably following that 80 year old woman around, knowing that she was likely to get herself arrested, so that they could take photos of the police taking her away and post them with an inflammatory headline to get a reaction out of people and get more views.
I'm aware that is a generalisation not in line with reality, but I see that you feel strongly about your political beliefs and I respect that.
