What Total War game are you hoping to see next?
Personally I’d like to see Empire 2 (Napoleon and Empire are my favourite total wars) or Warhammer 40K. Hbu?

See how they take on more modern warfare versus something like Company of Heroes by tackling World War I.

I'd also take a Warhammer IV, a 40k, and maybe another fantasy IP. And I wouldn't necessarily be surprised if we saw a Shogun 3. Or even a Rome 3 (Attila notwithstanding).

I'd love to see WH40K, but I wish they would return to the Bronze Age/early Classical Age (especially ancient Greece). Too bad their games didn't do too well in that setting.

if they keep making warhammer ones, i will keep getting em. the total war warhammer games are some of my favourite modern RTSs

Medieval 2 remastered. I'd be surprised if it wasn't already being made, since there's already a mobile port and a studio (Feral) that could reasonably do it.

There aren't that many periods left that could really make a good TW game.

North and South American Colonisation. All the European Powers, all the American Tribes.
The Mongol Invasion
The Hundred Years War
WW1/2

The colonisation of South Africa - Boer/Zulu Wars
The Peloponesian Wars
These two might be more suited to the smaller games, Thrones of Britannia style.

Fantasy worlds:
Warhammer 40K would be awesome.
Lord of the Rings
