Agree with Bluestack but you're better off just playing PC games or ported games unless there's another motive (due to stability and glitches).

Star Trek Fleet Command. It's a mobile app but also has a PC version and you can use both devices to play it.
Mainly used by drug traffickers to launder money. +$2million individual game accounts.
They literally dump $1-2 million into game accounts and never play it.

Russia (Xsolla) runs the game store and was never sanctioned. Still uses the US Visa program to bring in people from Russia to work there in their headquarters building.

Weird, Xsolla's wikipedia page says Valve uses them too.
You mean on emulator like Bluestacks or other ones, or do you mean mobile games on Steam like Marvel: Conquest of Champions?
