Trump just Veto'd Gaza
The USA just voted against a ceasefire in Gaza at the UN Security Council.

Is there really anything left to bomb? Guess we are going to make the little rubble pieces even smaller I guess.

Couldn't he atleast have agreed to a ceasefire to let them build something we could bomb?
This bombing piles of rubble is getting a bit silly.

And you created a new account to say this because…?
Literally there’s no need for it we are all capable of just going to the news tab on google or opening the Apple News app.

It is important to be specific.
The US voted (hence vetoed) an unconditional Gaza ceasefire. Note the unconditional...

Here is a quote

"The United States has been clear: We would not support any measure that fails to condemn Hamas and does not call for Hamas to disarm and leave Gaza," Acting U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Dorothy Shea told the council before the vote, arguing that it would also undermine U.S.-led efforts to broker a ceasefire.

The US would support a ceasefire where Hamas surrender, free all hostages and leave Gaza. But nobody wants to talk about that, because that is not as sexy from a hot topic perspective.

Now personally I think an unconditional ceasefire would just lead to more suffering, at it would give Hamas (and Iran) more time to rebuild and it would not just prolong the situation, but also mean more people would eventually die or get injuried.

In a perfect world everybody would love eachother and there would be eternal peace, but that is not the case.

Thats not a ceasefire tho, that is surrender. Thats like Putin saying I accept a ceasefire if you give me all your land. A ceasefire is only a ceasefire if both sides are still able to fire but choose not to.
The US is effectivly taking a pro war stance in that conflict.

Dont get me wrong, I dont choose a side here nor have I any idea what the right thing to do is, I just think the wording here is nonsense.
No ceasefire. Extermination. That's what Trump said.

But they don't. So many people are so proud that they never, ever look at any news. They only look at social media. Mainly because, on social media, they can always find someone telling the lie they want to see. On the news tab, they will see things that break their world view.

Hamas is the agressor in this current conflict, not Israel.

Israel stated the aggression 70+ years ago and never stopped. They have always kept the Palestinians in poverty and despair. For the sin of living in the area that Israel wanted and wants. The current swing to the right is what enables Israel to implement their final solution.

The vast majority of Arabs (Palastinians) in the westbank are ethnicity/culture wise Jordanian Arabs anyway... they are the same. Jordan does not want the deal (nor Egypt) because they fear the religious fnatics that are in said population group, last time Jordan gave them asylum into the country, they tried to take over the entire country.

But the solution is better than endless conflict...

Just like Russia is the agressor in the Russu-Ukrinian conflict.

Hamas will either surrender with good terms or be erradicated eventually, because the US is going to hold the hand over Israel in their conduct here, as that is a way to ensure stability.

It is sad that the avarage civilian get caugh up in this, but then we have to ask.. why is Egypt not letting them cross the border?... have you ever noticed how most countries in the Middle East are reluctant to take in other people from the area????..... I wonder why...

Germany is going towards a new direction. One can wonder why... most of us understands why.. Europe were in war for over 1000 years to get to the state where tribes had gained areas where they can live in peace without conflict and tribal warfare.... what we are currently seeing in ie. the ME is full tribal war, it wont stop until one of the sides wins... (just like what happened in Europe so long ago)

Accouting to the Krimlin narrative it was Ukraine that was bombing Russians in the occcupied east Ukraine. While in the West it was Pro-Russian militants that was making false flag operations to give Putin a reason to invade. And also Putins own arganda that Nato is a threat to him and Ukraine becoming richer then Russia is not something he like.

The evil Murdoch has won.

That is also incorrect.
The Arabs declared war on Israel after the British left (thus rejecting the rather good deal they had given them) and they intended to genocide the Jews in the region.

The Jews won and were friendly enough to give back lots of captured land to the agressors (including Egypt, whom they have good relations with today)

I don't think some people are getting the picture here ...

As long as Hamas exists the Gaza strip isn't a safe place.

They can keep bombing until Hamas doesn't exist as far as I'm concerned. Those are the proper consequences for those who invade another country then murder and take others hostage ... among other things that I would likely get marked for typing.

Funny how many people here are for Hamas. I wonder how against Hamas they would be if all this happened to them? How much do you want to bet they wouldn't be cheering for Hamas then?
