Or make a list of things, why not?

Whenever I think about what I am grateful for right now I look around at all my objects, my keboard, mouse, my safe home and that I have food to eat. And I become happy again. My favorite thing is probably the sun, or overall nature.

Considering what is happening in places all over the world right now, I'm grateful for the food on my table and a roof over my head.

If you like nature OP, get up very early in the morning and listen to the birds singing, so peaceful

I'm grateful of coffee because it's the only thing that might get me off the liquor.

I'm also grateful to my old best friend who not only taught me about computers but he helped me grow up. (he died of a heart attack years a go)

Also, My dad, if i stayed with my mother I'm sure I'd be in jail.

My relationship with God. My faith and the peace it brings. I was an alcoholic and weed addict for many years, always looking to achieve that sense of calm and peace. I found it in abundance when I left them behind and returned to a life of obedience and relationship with The Father.
