The floor falls away kinda feeling?
That's the end of everything right there. There's no sense in talking about what comes after.
no, like a "i am about to die at any given moment" kind of feeling.
I forget where the quote comes from but something like: If you're going to be killed, hope you're killed by a good man. A good man will kill you, an evil man will let you wallow in the fact that you're about to die.

You have no control of things outside what you yourself can control, so why worry or be anxious?
And the things you do have under your control; again, why worry or be anxious? You got this.
But that doesn't mean a super-deluxe-in-all-ways shower with tunes isn't in order.
I never said it was.
When healthy I have extreme energy and was born with sky high something that starts with the letter T- whatever that may be.
And it isn't always a blessing. The energy has to be channeled and focused. Thinking can't be overthinking.
There were times in the past it got out of hand and it took effort to get things calibrated again.
See, my anxiety usually comes when there are third parties involved, and waiting is required.
Damn straight.
