How does anxiety make you feel?
That impending feeling of doom, what does it do to ya? Tighten your body up? Piss you off? Make you want to kick a hole in something?

How you handle anxiety?

Me? It makes me feel like I'm running a marathon. That's when I know it's time to turn some tunes up and hit the shower!

Shower washes away everything.

Until tomorrow.

Well, with the topics of "where did the grit disapeared" and the "how would you fare without groceries when the society collapses", i'm gonna go on a limb and ask you "how will you fare when there is no hot shower available ?"

That's the end of everything right there. There's no sense in talking about what comes after.

no, like a "i am about to die at any given moment" kind of feeling.
Go get some vitamin D.

I forget where the quote comes from but something like: If you're going to be killed, hope you're killed by a good man. A good man will kill you, an evil man will let you wallow in the fact that you're about to die.
I have answered the thread. Go home.

Anxiety is a feeling that all people get from time to time. It is not a mental illness.

Nothing to be anxious about.

You have no control of things outside what you yourself can control, so why worry or be anxious?

And the things you do have under your control; again, why worry or be anxious? You got this.

You fix the underlying problem.

But that doesn't mean a super-deluxe-in-all-ways shower with tunes isn't in order.

I never said it was.
Many years ago I had bouts with it and it was not fun.

When healthy I have extreme energy and was born with sky high something that starts with the letter T- whatever that may be.

And it isn't always a blessing. The energy has to be channeled and focused. Thinking can't be overthinking.

There were times in the past it got out of hand and it took effort to get things calibrated again.

See, my anxiety usually comes when there are third parties involved, and waiting is required.
