Astronauts are space explorers, those people were space tourists. And they didn't even make it out of the airport before flying back home. It'd be like me claiming I've seen NYC because I changed flights at JFK once.

No. NASA stopped calling them that a long time ago. They used to give an "astronaut" pin to anyone that went that high but now it is too easy to do.

The word "astronaut" means "star sailor". It certainly can include space tourists.
The definitions I've seen are intentionally vague but, make room for people who want to draw a distinction between highly trained and qualified professionals, and rich celebrities.

Pointing your finger at a single woman is just weird. There are plenty of rich, arrogant ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ out there.
