Not sure. I loved Peter Capaldi but hated his accent. Maybe David Tennant is second.
Since when did the Doctor go around attempting to strangle women and kick policemen in the head? That's not what Doctor Who is about.
They did him justice in the audiobooks, but I have not heard any of them yet.
