Looking for people wearing saggy pants.
Why aren't you pulling up your pants? No one wants to see your panties.

How do you walk? How do you even run if you get chased by the cops?

Are you sending out a signal to other guys???

The fashion evolved due to poor families handing clothing down from generation to generation. Sometimes they were too big for you.

Over time, it became an intentional fashion.

wearing pants that show your underwear, I've heard started in prisons, prison culture.

And then a group outside prison adopted prison culture, and it grew from there.

the way i understand it from both gangs and certain people, it is to show they want some bedroom action. the other part what i heard is, it is their way of signalling that they like men and want some bedroom action. But i can be wrong

If you hop, your saggy pants come off.

It's a sex thing in prison, means you want to be someone's prag. People need to stop saying it's a poor upbringing clothes didn't fit thing because they don't want a certain demographic made fun of, it's a prison sex signal and morons started thinking it was cool to do. When I see it I immediately think you're a degenerate.
