Anyone ever play a browser mmo called outwar?

Its funny I was going through the browser based games I used to play a long time ago like neopets, kingdom of loathing, darkthrone, and outwar. I just saw that outwar is getting frequently updated. Its kind of weird too because the only way you would know of outwar is by knowledge. But it looks like its been updated since I was a kid playing 20 years ago. It does not appear to be on mobile or any stores. Not really sure what to make of it.
