Nintendo Switch 2 will be like Iphones

It will be a luxury item for the upper middle class and upper class since the games themselves cost $80

I imagine that there will be at least 200 games released on Nintendo Switch 2 in 5 years time so it would cost someone $8000 to even own half of them

People who wants to save money would just buy a new $2000 PC and buy hundreds of games at a fraction of the price

I have my little gaming PC, my little Steamdeck, that's more than enough + the Switch2 is going to fail severely, it doesn't offer anything crazy, less powerful than a PS4 for the price of a PS5

It’s really not that hard to look up but some interpolation will have to be done by the researcher. Switch 2 battery longevity is reportedly 2 (two!!) to 6.5 hours between charges. That’s less than the original Switch. Games of course will be optimized differently between Switch and iOS. I can get about 7 hours on a moderate game on my ancient iPhone 11. Definitely can get over the min of 2 hours with anything played and multitasking.

Yup you're definitely right. Another reason not to get the Switch 2. The 2 stands for how many hours you can play it for at one time.
