Games that put graphics over game play cost a ton of money to make, so of course they will be priced higher. People will still buy them though, and the prices will still go up. Gamers are their own worst enemies.
For someone speedrunning games (kind of), I played fable 1 all in one go in 7 hours and it only took me longer because I kept repeating the last quest to keep leveling up and getting max xp and mana
You have to understand that the economies are simply pivoting to rich people. The price will never go down, because the current monetary system allows them to charge extra-ordinary price thanks to the "whale" phenomenon, where fewer individuals with astronomical income keep the business practices as they are.
