Hitler had BLUE eyes, not brown

Why does the media keep pushing this bizarre lie that Hitler had brown eyes? We were even taught this nonsense in school, textbooks drilling into us that his eyes were brown like it’s some settled fact. But it’s not. Even in colorized photos they deliberately tweak his eyes to brown and throw in what they call a "Jewish expression" whatever that even means. It’s straight up manipulation. Hitler had pale blue eyes, the kind so vivid they’d stop you in your tracks, like Goebbels described in his diary after their first meeting:

"Shakes my hand. Like an old friend. And those big blue eyes. Like stars. He is glad to see me. I am in heaven. That man has everything to be king"

So why the hell is the media obsessed with manipulating his image to make it seem like he hate himself? Are they trying to rewrite history to fit some agenda, or just banking on people not knowing better?

Well yeah, wartime propaganda is a thing. Caricatures exaggerating Hitler's lack of so-called Aryan features became engrained in popular culture even to this day. In truth, he was of average stature, had a rather deep voice and, indeed, had blue eyes.

No one is trying to rewrite history, it's just that historians don't really care about Hitler's physical appearance compared to greater myths surrounding WWII. The only one obsessed would be you.

I'm not sure exactly where it is being pushed. Other than badly colorized photos. Defintely wasn't in my school textbooks. Perhaps it is not as universal as you think.
