With the end of DEI USA is a "Meritocracy." Why can't I buy a BYD?

But I am not allowed to purchase one in the United States.

Everyone has been telling me that the evils of DEI is now resolved and America has returned to its glory days of pure capitalist meritocracy.


So when can I start putting my BYD order in?

I have been repeatedly been told on this very forum that eliminating DEI was necessary to return America to the economic powerhouse it was in th 50.

Now that DEI is gone and america is fully competitive i should have the option to Buy a BYD.

BYD just doesnt wanna sell you one of their cars in the US directly.

BYD doesnt want to sell in America because they dont want to follow american market regulations.

You are still free to buy in China and then import this car to America. Its lots of work but you can do it.

Chinese cars have not been excluded. They can sell here if they want. They just dont make the effort.

BYD dont want to sell in the US market. Thats all.

You can buy your chinese car in china and then bring it here by ship and import it.

In America you are free to do this every day.

Bill Clinton let the Chinese take manufacturing if they would stop pirating US tech But they just kept on pirating.

And here, along with the Russians and Eastern Europeans, they've hacked CS and Age of Empires series to death. And of course, they blame us for their piracy.

Normally, even when the USSR was arpuond, I said let the free market reign, and buy what you want, but Communist China is not playing fair, and needs a US led sanction.

If I wrote what I really wanted to say, I would get permanently banned.

Why would anyone "play fair" with the US? If you play fair, they kill your president and install their own. It's been happening since the cold war.

This is certainly true to some degree but in communism meritocracy doesnt exist at all. And in the european welfare states also worse.

So in capitalism meritocracy isnt always there but its there to a higher degree than in every other form of real existing economy.

And this thread is still running on the lie you cant buy BYD in the US.

BYD dont want to sell in the US. They dont want to follow US law. They dont make the effort like every other car company.

BYD is just too lazy or dumb for selling their cars in the U'S.
