I still have Windows 10 on one machine, but the bastards are determined to ensure I will never touch Windows 11.

I'm thinking of switching over to EndeavourOS though. I've never used Arch Linux and it seems interesting. I've heard that EndeavourOS is a solid choice for it.
The only real difference between Endeavor and Arch is the installer.. but arch is pretty easy to install with the "archinstall script" which you can type into the command when the Arch install media is loaded, set your options from a menu the same as you would any other installer, and install.
With Arch though (Endeavor included) you're more prone to an update breaking something, rarely anything major, maybe an app or two. The tradeoff is that updates come so fast it'll be fixed much sooner. But, if you cannot risk that sort of thing, then a point release distro like something Ubuntu or Fedora based might be better.

sometimes more than 200.maybe I tinkered around it a bit much.
That said I have Linux installations on machines where all of this proprietary stuff isn't needed (servers).
Regarding Arch, I have heard people switching from Windows to Arch-based distributions because they think Microsoft doesn't test their updates enough. I'm not sure if these people are trolling (sounds like it fr) or what's the deal. There's a lot of baiting and trolling among communities that get religious over operating systems. Beware.
