You can have low calorie jello if you don't add sugar to the mix.

I'm not too good at this... try not eating large amounts and that should translate into low calories. And then fill yourself the rest of the way with water.

That's why I'm saying high-volume low calories. For example, tuna is near 1:1 for grams to calories, meaning that a kilogram (2.2 freedom units) of tuna would only be about 1,000 calories

but something like ramen is 1:4.6, IE 100 grams is 460 calories

I'm trying to find filling foods which are low calories. I can water fast, but it's just kind of miserable while sober. When I was smoking weed, and smoking in general, I could manage my appetite a lot better. Now it's just like a constant state of gnawing hunger paired with chills while I'm in a deficit

Snow White salad - yogurt, cucumber and garlic.

Or if you want, you can mix the yogurt with water and then add the rest. You get Tzatziki or Tarator.
Which one is whic? Well, it depends on how much water you put. The difference is do you want a sauce or a soup?

That sounds Greek

Yogurt is pretty high in calories, so I'd probably substitute for something else. Maybe vinegar instead of pickles for sodium intake
Watermelon
Cucumber
Leafy greens
Popcorn

Fresh produce gets expensive really quickly. I like fruits and vegetables, but the price .-.

Yeah it's a Bankan thingy, depends on who and how modified the recepie and put a sticker made in "!@#$".

Also tue, it also depends on the type of yogurt you use.

And Torshi is a good option too, but the fermentation process is a little bit slow.

Anything plant-based without added fats/oils should work for this. I lost a ton of weight eating this way once.

aren't those rice cakes really low calorie?
Salad.
Instant ramen with some tuna and green onion. Or maybe tempeh.
Poke bowl. Not the mayo variants.
Steamed broccoli and carrots and peas and whatnot.
Grilled leeks (Many thanks to Skyrim for getting me into using them regularly)

Yeah, cheap too. There is only one problem. Taste. They're a struggle to get down. All sorts of negative emoting during the process.
