Also, I hear the way researchers find a way to inoculate a disease, is by finding the source and isolate and try to study it. Also they try to find people who are less susceptible or immune to it and try to learn why. And hopefully deriving a proper serum or vaccine to kill the disease and not the host.

As for origins, so far I've heard that new teachers had to take a training course on CRT before they started teaching. And if they criticized the training too much, they were either let go, or they resigned. And rest of those who didnt ask too many questions, soaked up the material and then started teaching kids... And the kids, who are obviously naive and trusting grew up with the propaganda believing it to be a fact... nasty stuff
