because unfortunately a lot of these games, like TLOU2, are being built from the ground up to run on specific consoles with no thought of how they would run on PCs.

Unsure if its the same team that ported TLOU1, but that one was a mess too from what I've heard.

Skill issue. Most game devs have been replaced with blue haired activists, who barely know anything other than tiktok and twitter, and usually don't even have a computer, just a phone. This is also why almost all games (and software i general too) are extremely low quality these days.

Yeah, and then the newer GPUs are getting scalped online. A lot of people who are playing newer games are moving back to consoles.
