USA and the Suez
So Vance and friends don't like the world using the Suez because they protect it.

USA did insist on being the gatekeeper of the Suez though.

And the USA are the ones incompetently managing the area while calling in backup from other countries to assist against houthis and Iran.

Is anybody in the USA ever going to fact check this administration?

I get USA loves misinformation on history for their own mental health state.

Seriously is there anybody in the USA who says actually the Trump party are lying constantly.

Or is the USA all singing and dancing to the ' leaks ' . Which imo were deliberately leaked by intentionally adding the reporter.

- eternal war of built-in autocorrect.

It can't work ever again to make lots of ships go through fast.
They expanded it too big and there is not enough fresh water to operate it.
It is why Panama had to auction off spots to go through it.
Trump can't fix it. Unless he makes it smaller like it was. :steamlaughcry:
It's the constant lies that get me.
I wouldn't mind if they were honest, but the lying is just insane. These are not stupid people, they know when they are lying. They are totally unsuitable for the jobs they now have,

Suez should have remained British and French, we wouldn't be seeing the problems we're seeing now had the US supported Anglo-Franco action in Suez all those decades ago.

But do the people understand it or believe any of the news?

I don't think he has the time to become that bad. Although there is no doubt he has really upset the world, and not in a good way.

An authoritarian dictatorship takes time to develop and I am not sure that four years is enough. The key will be whether he can avoid leaving office in four years time.

What really amazes me is how fast people are turning against the USA in the rest of the world. I honestly would not have believed it, if I hadn't witnessed it myself. So, who knows, maybe anything is possible, even in four years.

" We are better than everyone else vote me if you think so too "

Trump wins .

Trump starts trade wars, sells out allies, destructures aid programs .

Pisses the world off.
His fanboys shout their heads off.
He and his administratrstion behave like a spoiled Roman Emperor when talking to other leaders.

That usually turns people against a person / government / country.

Ah, the latest instalment of “Orange man bad”.

Now Trump is at fault, a lying wannabe dictator for…. mismanaging the Suez Canal?!?
Which decisions have been taken specifically by the Trump administration regarding the Suez Canal and why did the world have absolutely no problem with the US “managing” it just four months ago?
Trump just backed out of dropping Sanctions on Russia in exchange for peace in Ukraine. :steamlaughcry:

It's the bs they talk and ' accidentally leak ' .

And it's not just the US there hence the references from people about USA lying.

Because Trump makes their life harder so now they care.
I've given up on the US population doing the right thing.

It's so much easier to ignore them than to engage and argue with them about things considered a given almost everywhere else.

Try ignoring US politics for a while and your mood will improve, by the sheer fact of not engaging in their toxic storylines.

Trump is using the same 'tactic' as other authoritarian people, which we have seen especially from Putin.

Everyone knew Kremlin is 'famous' for propaganda, but since the invasion people have been quite shocked of how effective it is in Russia, to a population where there is no fact-checking, or rather where the fact-checking is not made readily available to the public, and any attempt of telling the truth is met with harsh punishments.

Trump has discovered this, that when lying, some people believe everything he says, and when the things he says are fact checked, many ignore it, or misses it, and still chooses to believe it because they're such followers of him.

We've seen this emerging more and more in other countries and areas as well recently.
So Vance and friends don't like the world using the Suez because they protect it. ...

I don't know what his problem is.

But yes, people are constantly pointing out falsehoods from the administration.
