Why is everyone so angry?
Every day I get on the internet and everyone is so angry in the steam community forums for no reason. I wanna talk the subjects we have and then what happens? Someone wants to find a fault, they want to fight, they want to be angry about something. Not to mention the people who want to self insert into the subject and play some kind of victim act.

I've been seeing this in the community forums lately. It's almost as bad as facebook.

------------

Do you know how easy it is to find people these days with JUST a first and last name? Seriously, google your name with "White pages" you will see how easy you are to find.

Now imagine you piss off the WRONG person and BAM they come to your house and hurt you. Do you wanna be that guy on the 6 O'clock news "Man beaten with a lead pipe after an argument in the Steam Community forum over the game Doki Doki Literature club where the victim stated, "Sayori deserved it EL OH EL"

Which I don't doubt has happened. Actually did happen where a 40 something year old man beat the crap out of a teenager over COD. Google it.

JUST BE NICER LIKE DAMN.

------------

The key take away here is:
If you're not gonna say it to someone's face IRL don't say it on the internet.

It's funny because I recently reported a guy for lying he's 40 when he was using an account I used to know him under. It wasn't on Steam.
Internet can be dangerous, I doubt he will do something like come to attack you though that incident with that 40 year old attacking the kid is rare. If you are concerned about him or something happening to you though tell the authorities okay <3 :bluerune::luv:
Not worried about being attacked so much as stalked, framed, and harassed. Although if someone tells me to off myself that does legally fall under intimidation and it is legally considered a death threat and harassment. Assuming it's done to my face in a provable way, I guess.

I also don't like being called an idiot or an are-tard because I prefer showing off my superior spelling skills. Especially when it was so public for anyone to see leading up to it.

Repeating public information like a username is not doxxing. It's only doxxing if you reveal confidential private information like their legal name. You can't report on someone elses behalf, though.
Dude, I know what doxxing is. People have found people's home addresses online. No one mentioned repeating usernames. In the case of Youtuber Silent Rob, he doxx'ed himself. He had a previous video of himself on his channel outside his driveway and it showed his house. They knew he lived in Toledo, Ohio so they simply used Google maps to finally find his home.

Some people are dumb enough to use the same username though on their personal social media accounts. So yes, you can doxx through usernames by doing a reverse Google search. But that is on the person for not being careful enough with personal information...

Usually people who get doxx'ed, it's their own fault for not being careful with personal info online.

And what if this "wrong person" shows up at my door with said lead pipe to find out I'm legally armed? California has a law that if someone steps onto your property uninvited in a threatening manner, you are allowed to use deadly force.

And I googled my real name in the white pages, it indeed shows an old address location (not full address) I once lived, but claims it has other addresses on file, but you have to pay to access them. It lists "11", even though I've only ever lived in 4 of those, the odds of finding me are so slim and even if they did... lol good luck.

It's amusing because I have actually had people I triggered threaten to find out where I live over some petty crap online. If people enjoy putting themselves in danger over something petty online, that's their problem.

I think I'd be more annoyed if someone doxx'd me and kept ordering pizza's at my door at 12 AM.

Edit: Left wingers have been swatting conservatives who own Tesla's. Swatting someone is far more dangerous and damaging than actually showing up, and also cowardly. Because they know us law abiding conservatives have guns and won't dare show up on their property.
At least you get the point

Something about the color scheme. Odd color blue background. Soviet research in this area found such exposures to monochromatic (and or high intensity) blue light had a zombifying effect on the brain. It gradually exhausted and then damped the high centers of the brain. Hence it tries to compensate and becomes irritated more easily, when added to whatever else is going on.
When you see a color and you rage beyond belief and you accidentally pop a rage b0n3r

the first amendment is dead, ruled by who got the biggest mic, representing themselves as the image of the collective when they are far from it...

or the most likely answer is that young people who have little experience in talking to people they sought to hate express their second hand hatred here.
gotta get that Sony C-800G (I googled expensive mics)

If somebody wrote what you already said, there is little need to repeat it.

The nature of the internet is also as such that simple tokens of agreement like "I agree", which only exist in transience in speech, with nothing more to be said are sometimes considered as spam that add little of value to the discussion and have the lasting effect of cluttering the board.

This is not to say there is not a place for agreement at all on the internet, but it has to be a more substantial message. Even when you agree, you might note a caveat.

As such, you are much, much more likely to express disagreement than agreement. Once disagreement is established, it calls into question the wits and wisdom of the person with whom you disagree, and from there it can escalate into a bitter argument.

I am not too worried about it. Sounds like a more interesting way to go than being hit by a drunk driver while crossing the street. We can't live our lives in fear of every increasingly unlikely scenario, and something is going to get us all eventually anyway.

Being born is correlated to a 100% death rate.

Then I guess you do not have to fear being beaten to death with a pipe by the wrong sort of person regardless. I am happy for you: Congratulations!

It's for the same reason everyone's vehicle beeps endlessly if you dare have the door open with the key in. It's for the same reason that my GPU came with the minimum fan speed hard set to 50%, causing it to sit there making a high pitched but not quite subliminal noise all the time despite the temps being fine and the rest of the system being covered by a custom water cooling loop. It's the same reason why you'll be waiting in a parking lot, probably the only one in a vehicle out there, and suddenly a vehicle will pull in right next to you and just sit there idling for the next 20 minutes.

HAHA!

Oh, that's right. This thread is about getting angry, ain't it? Well, I don't like this thread. Not one bit.
To OP, unfortunately, the world isn’t designed to revolve around a single individual. We all share the same space, and while you can’t control what others say or do, you can control your own emotions and actions. Set your own boundaries - that’s what I would do.

Why is everyone so angry?

We all ordered pizza delivery at the same time. We all got pineapple pizza which is not what we ordered. Why do the democrats hate America? Why must they continue to spite us?
