Do you get a lot of private messages when you are in message boards, chat, or online spaces in general? The reason why I ask because I play as woman characters often in social platforms (virtual worlds/games like Second Life) and I often get private messages from men. I just want to know if this is a common experience for online women regardless of the platform they're using.

I don't play many multiplayer games and when I do nobody talks anyways so no
I always wonder what the key is to getting lots of attention and the flooding of explicit images, that would be alot more entertaining than what I've gotten uwu

I see what you mean. I'm also a guy in real life but whenever I present as a woman online, I do get a lot of attention from men (similar situation to yours - anything remotely female-looking or sounding gets attention.)
