Not sure why but I’m the first thing that comes to their mind when they get drunk. They get mean or flirty. Completely nice people when sober.

This keeps happening again and again. Just leave me alone!

Edit: to clarify. It’s men I’ve known for a while and gotten along. Just one day they get drunk and turn into a different person. They zero in on me for some reason.

I rarely drink. I’m alcohol intolerant.

This applies to any other drug as well.

Similar. I can consume some but I just avoid most of the time.

Well, it’s multiple things.

The flirting part
- it’s not just drunk guys.
- random drunk guys hitting on women is also very normal. I wasn’t talking about that although that also bothers me.
- it’s the men that I’ve known for a while doing it out of nowhere. They know I don’t do casual stuff. They know I’m with someone. It’s the lack of respect.

The mean part.
- Hurling insults. Maybe because I’m Asian and it’s a race thing. I don’t know. Usually I don’t experience any harassment from sober people.
- I wouldn’t like this treatment from anybody but it’s worse when it comes from someone I know.

Last time I spent time with my friend he ended getting up drunk and ....... well he did the unthinkable. #MeToo

You should try working as a male in a club and see how that goes for getting harassed by drunk people. Drunk women in their 30-40's out on the town and on the prowl don't know how to take no for an answer. It's embarrassing.

Yeah, that's what alcohol does, it changes people, sometimes for the worse. Don't stay around them when they drink.
