Condiments I like to use with fish in addition to eating it plain with salt:

Tartar Sauce
Shrimp Cocktail Sauce

Malt Vinegar

I also like 'seafood mix ' pasta.
The fishmongers (long ago) I used to go to, would have like off cuts and bits of everything that was for sale in his shop and he would sell these off cuts and scraps and it would make the most amazing pasta dish.
Fish, crab meat and lot of stuff I don't know the name of and it was a good bargain of premium fresh sea food .
