Who would have thought Europe could get so many problems with the death of some guy pro communist.

Let's make a rapid reaction force to ensure peace will reign throughout!

Another European: Jilly jolly Jilly! What a spiffing idea!

Another European: just think in years to come we will have a solid unified force without American involvement!

USA : excuse me I hope you going to put that idea aside because NATO needs your money more.

Europe : your commitment to NATO is commendable USA but with a reaction Force we can make decisions strategically faster and act as a deterrent to others like Russia in the future.

USA : well hold your horses there!

Now we know better and we say if you want a " special friends group " go right ahead but we want you to honour that NATO spend!

USA : Stfu ! It's Article 5 time put up or get out of our beloved NATO!

USA : y'know you never can have too many wars let's hit Iraq as part of our War on Terror!
( And get lots of construction, military and oil contracts while we are at it ).

And use your influence with rest of the world for out benefits!
