Probably CNC machine programmer and operator and industrial machine repair and coding. Those positions already are in high demand and probably will be for decades to come. Everything is done with heavy machines, robotics, and precision equipment now. So essentially being a machinist who can code will probably get you further than any other trade.

In the US, the most reliable jobs are in healthcare. They are pretty tough jobs though and require you to put in effort.

Also, since we all agree that companies are being greedy and have too large of profit margins, you could just do what's already being done by one of those companies and accept a smaller profit margin. You'd still be rich and it would drive down prices.

Skilled Trades - plumber, electrician, welder, etc.

For the last 50 years or so, these jobs have been seen as lower-class and many people taught their children to go to university/college and "make something of themselves." Meanwhile these jobs are in high demand and require less schooling: an apprenticeship out of high-school or some college.

It does require a fair amount of endurance and stamina, but these are not just dead end jobs. You'll cap out at around 60k at these jobs, but if you're willing to put in extra hours, you can make more - a lot more. Also, once you build up experience, you can move on to supervisor roles overseeing job-sights, or doing building inspections.

The IT field will be even more enormous than it is now. Businesses and individuals are relying on technology in ways they don't even think about, and its' only just getting started. Information technology and its' many facets may well become the #1 industry in Western civilization within the next 50 years.
A skill or trade.
Tech and medicine of course
Mental health professional
The worst job will be a any kind of teacher, no matter if its primary school or university....
