Britain and the EU did it to ourselves, we allowed a leftist brand of politicians to take over our nation states, make us militarily irrelevant whilst at the same time destroying our historical legacies and pushing agendas that further damaged community and national cohesion.
It is entirely our fault and the chickens are coming home to roost in a big way.
The corporations rule them all and play the countries as chess pieces to devalue and steal natural resources for the corporations.
This is why Trump seems to side with Russia and China... they have all sold out their people for greed.
The plan now is to use the American economy to drive everyone to China or America so they can collapse the whole thing and come out with a one world currency and government.
Corporations being made people in the 1980's was to knell of doom for American freedom.
Corporations have always been classified as persons in law.
This isn't a 1980s thing.
Globalists bet on 3rd world countries making things, which backfired with china, backfired with Brics, backfired by making each counties job markets worse
Failed with making 1 nato military be every countries military
Failed with one horrible leader losing the petrodollar to fund everything
Failed with the reserve currency by weaponizing the dollar
Failed by trying to emergency fix the labor market by flooding first world countries with 3rd world workers baited with free wellfare
Thats its been a constant stream of the Globalists failing.
The EU is a lot of things, but one thing it most demonstrably isn't is "broke".
If you guys wanna fight russia, your going to need the money for a military, can you afford that? I hear your taxes are already sky high, as is with nato acting as your military.
But it wouldn't be politically affordable. Anybody agitating for it would be a laughing stock. Nobody would be able to argue for all the other things needed to offset the cost (they're still liberals! everything must be means tested!) without being tarred and feathered. So rather than financial capital, much more relevant is political capital. And political will.
And Europe as a whole has spent a good few decades just flopping around like a fish while the rest of the world happens, soooooooooo.....
fascinating and frightening.
Yet won't challenge or expand on any of it.
Interesting.
