Steam in Ukraine after 28 February

What's gonna happen to Steam in Ukraine now?

Is it gonna be blocked?
And if blocked then how? Completely by UA IPs so you won't be able to even launch the client without VPNs?
Or simply a block to use the store so at least people can play already "owned" games?

If its anything like the russian block, they just block payments. What you've already purchased functions normally, but you cant buy any new games.

Oh, and most websites will literally blame you, as an individual, for your leaders decisions in their block message. Kinda vile imo.

Why? "The West" has never had an issue with Ukraine, and sanctions that were meant to target Russia hitting Ukraine as well is likely a non-issue for the most part these days, considering that Russia has been waging war against them for 3 years now and they probably don't like to be linked with Russia in any way.

despite the arguing of the respective countries presidents, unless said presidents decide to restrict trade with the other countries, steam will function as normal.

one believes that the support being concluded would be that of weaponry and military equipment, something that steam does not deal in.

Valve owns Steam and Valve is a private company

Private companies are not owned by the state (not even where there HQ is) often its the other way around and companies (corporations) influence across countries and have special rules.
As you might have noticed, Valve is interested in revenue and does not take a stand politically.

I'm fearing it's gonna be complete block like in Iran, N Korea, Burma or Crimea.

Due to extreme sanctions, Steam was forced to completely block its services there.

I don't know if anyone should tell you, but everything is fine with purchasing and activating games in Russia, although prices have increased significantly without a regional discount and now you have to pay a commission for transferring money to your account. There are also global license keys for games that can be activated in Russia despite regional restrictions.
Although, if I were Ukrainian, I would be least worried about the potential impossibility of buying games on Steam and the absence of Disney toys in Happy Meal. It's like the country's existence is in question, due to the gigantic debt and all the mess.

Of course. To my knowledge, the constitution even explicitly states that there are no elections during times of martial law -- and aside from that, holding elections while being assaulted would be difficult/dangerous anyway.
