I haven't eaten in 3 days cause i'm on a 5 day fast is it normal to toss your cookies. I have been drinking small amounts of water a day as my religion only allows 1 ounce of water a day.

your stomach produces a ton of acid when hungry, which can cause nausea or vomiting. although vomiting is not so common and is obviously not healthy, you should really tell someone about it. maybe they'll let you adjust your fast for health reasons

Yes if the cookies are old, it is best just to toss them. You should plan ahead to make sure you don't have too much food around which is going to spoil when you start to fast.

That's barely enough to just wet your mouth and throat. You must be seriously dehydrated.
