Companies dislike Gen Z workers

Maybe if people actually got paid a livable wage, there would be less problems. People in the 1% have never had it better though.

People in the 1950s could afford a house and family on a regular job.

exactly. lol. companies dislike all workers these days. its just gaslighting, they have a script
Yes just take an issue, dumb down one side to innocent victims and the other side to big meanies with no middle ground, and that's gonna make anyone listen. How man franchises need to show their balance sheets and go "no, we are not making that much money, either corporate is lying how much they make, or reveal workers are payed as best they can to attract talented workers. Most corporate profit claims are either fraudulent(and then somehow dont get sued because investors are idiots/wildly ignorant,) or because the actual store owners pay absurd amounts for special product of licence cost and THATS where the gouging is.

they say the rise in feminism started from the Rockerfellers simply wanting to tax their earnings and abolish the "trad wife" lifestyle, and here we are.

Sad really...

Why would they? Corporations don't care about anybody that isn't making them money.

NGL, my company do hire younger workers. . . . they don't last long.

And before you yell about living wages, my company pays well and offers fantastic benefits.

They just don't want to work.

Of course they're unprepared. Nobody prepared them. Duh?

I don't get and will never get the idea of blaming people and even entire generations for being "uneducated", "unskilled" or "unprepared" If they do not have opportunities to do so -- something that comes ever more rarely with over eight billion people on the planet -- they will be unprepared. You can see it with college graduates saying that "they've first learned everything at their job"

Social programs? Nah. Education reform? Nah. Fixing the apprenticeship system? Naah.

Complain that people are unprepared and not qualified -> import migrants to depress wages. Also fund NATO so it has more bombs to drop on civilians ig.

So the 400% cost of living increase over the average wage of most workers?

Your company pays 4x the normal wage?

"Generation Z" is as real of a social grouping than any zodicac sign.

"Companies are not hiring aquarius." - that is just as stupid.
