Most underrated voice actor

Who do you think is the most underrated voice actor? It could be an amazing voice actor in a game that nobody knows about, or an underappreciated voice actor in a very popular game.

I'd say Nolan North. He voice acted the main character in Uncharted, but he also voice acted the Engineer AND Merasmus in Team Fortress 2. So I think it's amazing how he perfected the Engineer's Texan accent

Nolan North was in original Assassin's Creed, Prince of Persia etc. He did his job fine, but wasn't anything special. Back in the days horrible voice acting wasn't the default.
