game on bro, you're worth it.
if not you then who, right?
Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. In this pc i have 16tb of space will never need it but always have it. Thing is say your internet went down for 24 hours and you have digital only games and only a couple installed its not good. I have used 8tb of 16tb.
I am installing things on my 1TB but only because i wanna keep the drives even in space, over filling a drive will impact speed.
Basically you should get another 2TB drive, try to empty the one you have a little bit to improve performance.
keep a disk HDD to store games when they are not frequently used. I think 2 tb will meet the meet of most gamers, maybe in future games size will grow again, ssd will be cheaper also, but now more than 2 tb is bit like fringe in gamers,
Yeah 4TB drives are getting cheaper, it's a good idea because it will be just one drive, instead for example having 4x 1TB drives.
I have 10tb in my computer across 4 drives.
6 of that is M.2 SSD. 1tb m.2 for OS. 1tb and 4tb M.2s for games and downloads or wtvr.
The other 4 tb is an old Seagate Barracuda HDD that I use for data deep storage.
I ordered the Crucial T500 2TB off Amazon. My mobo is Asus TUF B650-e, not sure if there’s a 3rd m.2 slot.
Is this it?

Looks like three M.2 slots.
