Hard games

Does anybody know HARD games to 100% that aren't platformers? I'm tired of them, I hate them, but every list I see is about platformers. There must be hard games that aren't from that genre, like Wolfenstein 2, which isn't really that hard. Anyone wanna share?

Its an excellent shmup but I was nearly having a heart attack after clearing it on normal which may as well be called easy.

all of the hidetaka miyazaki games on steam are difficult. they do contain some platforming but it is not exactly a main component of them (except sekiro, but even then it is not the main focus).

Wish I could buy them, they are so expensive for me. I actually completed Sekiro because of a friend in my Family Group, amazing game.

I played Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3 on "European Extreme" difficulty with only non-lethal weapons. It was hard, but fun. And unlike Souls games, those games actually have a story and a plot, with characters that demonstrate some kind of personality.

I dislike platformers almost as much as i hate sports games. Most roguelike or souls like, I avoid also. The exceptions being Othercide and FTL: Faster than light.

The ones i prefer tend to be of the tower defense, strategy, rpg and survival variety. If you haven't played them yet, I'd probably recommend Frostpunk, Fallout 4, GemCraft.

Delta V is only as hard as you make it on yourself. It takes a fair bit of time and effort to get most of the achievements though.
