I've seen other men wear them before, and I'm not subjecting my coinpurse with jewels to that kind of cruel punishment

Like, I'm already going to be in the water, I don't need two catastrophes happening at the same time. I think speedos are worn by guys who want to make the shrinkage look like "oh it's not small its just getting mashed right now because I'm wearing a speedo", or guys that really like competitive swimming and want to just swim through the water as fast as possible.

If the guy doesn't even go in the water but is wearing a speedo I assume it's because they want to tan or something.

I don't really care to tan, but I do like sitting in the sun on occasion when it's warm out, only because it does feel amazing due to the body starting to produce a lot more vitamin d.

But I mean if a guy is wearing a speedo, that's fine, I'll just wear regular swim trunks. I mean, they look like shorts. If there's more than the beach like, I plan on going to the store or a restaurant right afterwards I'll wear shorts over the swim trunks

Tight clothing like speedos restrict blood flow to the man part which decreases sperm count so I don't wear tight clothes.

this makes perfect sense, about the hygiene aspect. i guess i never really thought about such things, but yes especially in swimming pools jammers/swimshorts are definitely picking up a lot more filth, and soaking up way more water from the pools themselves as you say.

No worries. 😉 Jammers are usually OK btw. Designed for swimming and to absorb minimal water to keep you light and create less drag. I have some myself and they look like wetsuit shorts. From what I gather, this all started decades ago due to concerns about the kind of shorts people sit around in, gathering dirt, being worn in public pools. Women are required to wear form-fitting swimwear too, but they generally do anyway.

I prefer trunks. Speedos just feel too revealing.

Never been to a beach before, and never wore a speedo at the pool. I'm way too self-conscious for something like that, and I don't have the physique for one anyways.

normal at every middleschool.. after gym you shower with your classmates.. big showrr multipke heads side by side..

woman have their own. but thats it 1 big room for the boys 1 for the girls.


at boyscout camps football and many many other sportclub.. same thing..
