I Don't Watch YouTube Gamers. Anyone Else?

I don't watch YouTube Gamers, just one of those things, it never really appealed to me and I've never ever bothered with them. Their opinions and interpretations are theirs and not mine. Not sure if it's had any impact on me as someone who has been gaming since they were like 5.

Is there anyone else here like that? Are there people here who have never ever watched YouTube Gamers? What are ur reasons if so?

i never really watched a youtube or a twitch game streamer either. well my reason is pretty blunt and basic i think: if i want to see what a game looks like i'll either play that game or simply watch a walkthrough for the game without actually seeing the person playing it.

firewall kinda did it for me, I can watch copies on the other site than YouTube, I gave up on following the latest trends on these.

these tube sites, that I frequently visit, they dont forward anyone's video without an intention to get something, and copy without permission could get them into trouble too.

news channel like this have been pretty blocked,for things as gaming, propaganda about political icon and their speeches, get through tho. some of it.

There's tons of reasons I like to watch YouTube gamers. Sometimes it's to check out a game I'd never be interested in playing myself, or maybe it's to see how a much better player than I plays the game

i do watch a lot of youtube, but when it comes to video games specifically i prefer twitch streams. i enjoy chatting, so it is relaxing to me

YT is a massive time suck so I try to avoid using it as much as possible. Only time I watch YT any more is when I'm taking a dump.

Off topic but when I was streaming Grand Theft Auto 5 I was flying a plane. Someone in chat told me if you wanna fly faster press F. Me being gullible I pressed F and my character got out of the plane whilst 1000 feet in the air.

I am not a teen anymore so they don't interest me as much as they used to. I can count with one hand how many of them I actually watch which isn't a lot.

I may prefer learning to play the games I play myself but sometimes a video is something that can help to clear something up.

Sometimes, for games I don't even play. There's a YouTuber who plays Rust whose videos are wildly entertaining to me. Several GTA Online YouTubers are fun to watch sometimes, especially the ones who do the 20 v 1 hunts where the 1 has to pretend to be NPC. Those can be addictive to watch. Minecraft builds -- I've never played Minecraft in my life, and never will, but the good builders are a treasure to watch.

I hate it when I have a problem solving a puzzle in a game -- and I go to find a "walkthrough" for the specific puzzle -- and it's just a guy who's as dumb as me, fumbling through it just like me.

Like -- dude -- don't purport to make instructional videos when it's you just videoing yourself doing exactly what I'm doing, and trying to figure it out over an hour, you big dope.

Only use youtube for music, I would rather play the game myself, than watch someone else, only time it's tolerated is when you are chilling with some friends.
