people all over asia do this all the time. you have never seen these videos of chinese/japanese food sellers, who will be riding on their bicycle with big carriage on the back filled with food?

it is pretty insane to see too, because they will stack up 10 boxes of food or so on the back of their bicycle

You can't ride a bicycle truck through snow but you can an actual truck if you fit it with snow tires.
