Whats the past tense of wake?
I thought it was waked but spell check doesn't like that word yet refuses to give any suggestions.

awoken?
A word soon to be forbidden in the US english.
I woke up nervous.
"Waked" is an older term that fell out of use around the Edwardian period, but is still valid.

Is this post woke?
Waked
unasleeped
Isn't it awoken

Did they wake up? (pres.)
Have they awoken? (past)
Or also I have heard "woken up"

It's one of those verbs that needs a suffix on it, and for some reason it's -n, and the a- prefix is used if phrased a certain way I guess

If using Orwellian newspeak, they would errata the word "sleep" since it carries a negative connotation of being awake. The people of Oceania do not "sleep" and "sleep" would not be a word at all.

They would "wake" up when they are no longer "unwake". This method of speech is much more efficient as it allows you to condense the new world vocabulary by eliminating all words that are negative connotations of words with more positive meanings, and then you simply attach the prefix "un-" to reverse said word when necessary.

Now that you understand, you can go forth and be permanently woke! You can now only be woken or unwoken! No one can be left behind in the unlight!
