It's been a month of following Gollum's raw fish-based diet

It's been a month since I've started following Gollum's diet (which is high in protein and omega-3 fatty acids) and the changes have been amazing to say the least.

Let me just say that this short one-month transformation has made me healthier than ever. Eating nothing but raw fish; I got the paleo diet down to an art at this point. To fully complement the diet itself, I've also done Gollum's workout routine. Instead of taking the car or bicycle I either bear crawl or swim to my desired destination. In addition to that, the rock climbing has greatly increased my grip strength. I'm more athletic than ever. I'm now 420 pounds of lean muscle mass.

My skin blemishes have completely disappeared and feels soft and smooth now. Any cuts I get from bear crawling or rock climbing heal within an hour, tops. In the moonlight, my skin shines a beautiful shiny, pale silver.

However, sometimes worms come out of my butt and raise my body 3 to 4 feet off the ground, kind of like Dark Sun Gwyndolin from Dark Souls. So I will be taking up archery lessons as well, which should also help with the catching of these fish because I've been doing it by hand so far.

Just felt like sharing.

The fish I eat:
Seabass.
Trout.
Salmon.
Mackerel.
Tuna.
